Terms & Conditions

Residential Cleaning Cancellation:

We require 24 hours cancellation notice for all new clients. A late cancellation fee of two man-hours, equivalent to $80 will be charged to the client’s account or invoice mail to the address provided or email sent to the email address provided.


Commercial Cleaning Cancellation:

30 Days notice in writing or through email is required except in situations were as both parties agreed to end the contract immediately.

Payment Due:

Payment is due upon completion of every cleaning project of non-regular clients.


Commercial regular clients:

Invoices are sent out on the 20th of each month and payment is on Net 15th terms from the end of the previous month.


Unpaid balances:

Are sent to collection 30 days after completion of services. Applicable to all clients with exception to a payment arrangement agreed in writing and signed by both parties.


Deep Cleaning:

A minimum deposit of the estimated time will be charged upon arrival of our cleaning techs. Example, if you were quoted 3 men hours is it 6 man-hours as two techs work as a team.  Balance is due upon completion of the job.  At the end of the project, if the amount charged was less than worked. The balance will be refunded immediately.



Funds reaching your account depend on your financial institution. On our system, refunded funds are release immediately.


Missed Appointments:

We pride ourselves in punctuality and keeping up with all of our appointments.  We keep all lines of communication open but in a situation where an appointment is missed. We will gladly offer you our discounted rate of 20% of your next cleaning.


100% Satisfaction Guaranteed:

Our work is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with our work, we will gladly re-clean your place or office at no additional charge. Clients have 24 hours time frame from when the job was completed to report any dissatisfaction. We want you happy with our work as a result, it will be taken care of.


Residential Clients:

Payment is due on the day of service except special arrangement has been made prior to the day of cleaning. Cards on file are charged for the agreed flat per visit at the end of the day that service was provide


We take our work very professionally and we take extreme care to avoid damage of any sort. Accidents do happen as we are all humans therefore we provide full coverage if any damage is done to the property by our Employees but the claim needs to be filed within 24 hours of the job completion.
